By commissioning me, you have agreed to ALL of the terms of service and speculations on this page. Please read everything carefully; it is not  my responsibility to fix something if a problem arises because you have not read this. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.

These terms serve as an AGREEMENT, and if broken that will result in blacklisting. That means you will not be allowed to commission, collaborate, or trade with me, along with being blocked on my profiles.

• THE PROCESS

  • Contact about commissions must be through an email (sent to strixitdoesnerdystuff@gmail.com) or through a direct message on any of my social profiles (Instagram, Tumblr, Twitter)

  • FULL payment must be received by me, either through Paypal (preferred) or snail mail, before I can start your commission. I will not start a piece that will never be paid for, because that would be wasting time and supplies from a scam.

  • I am first and foremost a student, who also balances a job on the weekends that takes up most of my time. School comes before my extra-curricular activities and my job, and my job comes before art.

  • Commissions come first in my queue of art, but understand that I will not be done with your commission within an hour. Things take time and energy. Commissions may take 2-3 days to a week depending on complexity and free time.

  • As a commissioner, you will be updated at the sketch stage, the lining stage, and the flat color stage (digital only) of a commission with pictures. It is your responsibility to comment any desired changes and make them known to me!

• WHAT I WILL AND WILL NOT DRAW FOR A COMMISSION

  • If what you're interested in commissioning me doesn't fall under any of these, you're good to go no matter what! (This means mechas, furs, popular official characters are all okay!)

  • I DO NOT accept commissions that contain: Explicit sexual NSFW content, Offensive/hateful/derogatory language and/or symbols towards ANY group of people

  • I DO accept commissions that contain: NSFW in terms of gore, blood, wounds, etc., NSFW where a character isn't wearing clothes IF it isn't explicit sexual content, and NSFW in terms of characters in lingerie

• SHIPPING (FOR TRADITIONAL PIECES)

  • United States: $5

  • Canada, Mexico: $7

  • Other Countries: $7+

  • Shipping must be paid up front with the original commission cost!

  • I am NOT responsible for anything lost in the mail. I suggest at first to be patient; sometimes shipping takes longer than expected, especially for international or cross-country shipping!

  • I am NOT responsible for snail mail payment being lost in mail! If I don't receive your payment, I don't receive your payment and I can't start your commission. This is why Paypal is preferred!

• PUBLICITY​​​

  • I own the rights to ALL of my own artwork. The rights of any characters appearing in commissions belong to their respective creators. You may NOT take credit for my art, whether it is your character or not! If you do, you WILL be blacklisted!

  • You may NOT use my art for profit without my permission. If interested in reproducing my artwork for profit, CONTACT ME FOR MY PERMISSION! If you take action without my consent, that is THEFT! THEFT IS ILLEGAL! Don't do it.

  • By commissioning me, you agree to allow me to post your commission on ANY of my social profiles by default. HOWEVER, if you don't want me to post your commission, this is fine! All I ask is that you state this at any point before I finish your commission
